Owner and distiller Claire Marin’s fresh approach to spirits distillation respects traditional methods but leaves room for innovation. The purity of our spirits means a cleaner result that contains close to no congeners, which lessens hangover symptoms.
Our spirits are now sold in hand-selected outlets in New York state and Pennsylvania, and we have managed to stay true to a small-scale approach. We produce our vodka, gin, and rye whiskey with traditional craftsmanship and rigorous expertise. The carefully selected grains, fruits, and water of the unique terroir of the Fingerlakes and Catskill regions indicates that our spirits are crafted from the best parcels in the area.
Our spirits are full of character--complex, flavorful, and elegant, produced without the use of sugar or corn syrup and with local (NY state) ingredients only. From the moment the grains and grapes are hand selected, our focus is quality. We work with farmers who use traditional methods without the use of pesticides. The fields growing our grains are kept healthy and vibrant for optimum yields of quality grains using sustainable practices.
